This workshop is for intermediate beginner levels and up. It would help if you had a good foundation and understanding of the mechanics of Mediumship. You must also be bold and brave, as you will work in front of the class and small groups. As always, my classes aren't for the timid.

During this workshop, we will delve into Evidential and Trance Mediumship and Healing, using the power of the Spirit to surpass our expectations and shatter our limitations. A personal growth and empowerment journey inspires us to break through self-created limitations in our mediumistic abilities with the help of the influence of the Spirit.

Through meditation and attunements, lectures, group discussions, exercises, and plenty of practice, we will start to Spiritualize ourselves. Once Spiritualized, a Medium and Healer can reach new heights in their mediumistic and healing abilities. This workshop is a beautiful way to explore and build our abilities with Evidential and Trance Mediumship and Healing while also nurturing our Spirituality and tapping into this limitless power available to all of us! The more we work with the Spirit within on a Spiritual level, the easier it becomes for the SpiriRealmlm to work through us. We are vessels and channels, and it’s our job to create as clear an instrument (us) as possible to allow the Spirit energy to flow through us. I do think that meditation and attuning to the Spirit world, our Spirit, and God are essential in our Mediumship development. Sitting with and feeling the presence of Spirit, connecting with our own Spirit, and reconnecting with God can significantly benefit our unfoldment and Spiritual Development. Any of you who have worked with me know that one of my favorite things is guiding people into deep meditations and attunements. Where we can explore the essence of the Spirit, expand our Power, and experience the wisdom and knowledge from the Spirit World and Upper Realms.

I want to offer a unique workshop that is very close to my heart and is, in fact, my passion—a four-session seminar on profound attunements and meditations created to connect us to the Divinity of the Creator and the Spirit Realm.

We will meet once a week for 90 minutes (for four sessions) and work with powerful meditations to attune with the Spirit World and deepen our connection to the Divine creative life force all around and within us. We will also explore and honor our own Spirit as we connect to the light and love of our creator. 3-MONTH TRANCE DEVELOPMENT CIRCLE starting in late January 2025, meeting for eight 90-minute sessions.

For intermediate beginner level and up. Meeting on Saturdays. Beginning Saturday, the 25th of January at 12:30 PM EST / 5:30 PM UK TIME (1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, & 3/15).

This will be a mixed-level circle where anyone with a basic understanding of Evidential and Trance Mediumship should be fine.

Through lectures, meditations & attunements, and practical exercises, we will explore the wonderful world of Trance and the Altered States. Surrender and trust are essential in Trance development and can often be game-changers in our Mediumship when we master the art of completely surrendering ourselves to the Spirit. If we can get out of our way and let Spirit work with and through us in the Trance States, it can help us in all aspects of our Mediumship and Spiritual progression. We will work on overshadowing and blending with our Spirit within and the Spirit World to strengthen the personal relationship between the medium and the Spirit World.

This three-month circle will focus mainly on Trance Speaking but also include discussions and exercises on Trance writing and healing.

ADVANCED TRANCE AND THE EXPLORATION OF PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP WORKSHOP. JANUARY 2025. A 3-DAY WORKSHOP IN TAMPERE, FINLAND. JANUARY 17TH, 18TH & 19TH (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY).

We will expand and deepen the Trance States and move into exploring Physical Mediumship and Phenomena!

I did a workshop in Tampere in May, and it was wonderful, both in terms of the location and the group of lovely mediums.

Tampere is about one hour from Helsinki by car and around 75 minutes by train. There is also an airport in Tampere that you can fly into directly from selected destinations. Tampere is the most loved residential and tourism city in Finland. I flew into Helsinki for the last workshop and then took the train, a very easy and uncomplicated journey!

Healing is an integral part of our Spiritual development and unfoldment. Beginning down the path of self-healing, we remove blocks within our soul that make it harder for the Spirit World, our own Spirit, and God to communicate with and through us. The more we can heal ourselves, the better vessels we become for the intelligence of the Spirit World and the love of God to move through us. PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP ONLINE WORKSHOP/CIRCLE IN NOVEMBER & DECEMBER. On Saturdays 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 & 12/21 @ 12:30 PM EST/4:30 PM UK.

The Spirit World is evolving with us regarding technology, and they want us to experiment in any way possible to bring our realms closer together. By limiting our mental mediumship awareness, we can set the intention for the Spirit World to make itself known through physical manifestations and Phenomena. Physical Mediumship played a big part in the origins and history of Spiritualism and Mediumship because it is objective, and everyone present experiences the same thing.

This workshop will meet for eight sessions on Saturdays at 12:30 PM EST / 4:30 PM UK, starting Saturday, November 2nd. The dates are 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 & 12/21 @ 12:30 PM EST/4:30 PM UK. The workshop is limited to 16 people max. Each class will be around two hours and 30 minutes. Please have some experience with Trance. The cost is $325.

With the Thanksgiving Holiday in the US, some of you might be unable to make the class on November 30th. If you cannot attend, I will adjust the price for that class.

We will create a circle, so the energy must be cohesive, supportive, and high-vibrational! I suggest playing high-energy music before the circle or doing something that makes you happy. It is up to us to create the proper conditions for Spirit.

Interaction and input are necessary! This class is not for the timid. Everyone must participate, speak up, and give the opening and closing prayers.

You will need:

A quiet room, safe from interruptions or outside noise.

Blackout material to block out all external light.

A dark background, free of reflective surfaces.

A small, lightweight table by your side (not the one that your computer is on!).

A low-watt red light bulb with a dimmer or at least installed in a non-reflective movable light fixture to adjust brightness.

You need to log in with a PC, laptop, or tablet. Please do not use cellphone connections. Darker clothing is also required.

During this workshop, everyone will sit in a Trance for about 35 minutes to experience Physical Phenomena. We will also sit as a group and set the intention to experience Physical Phenomena and Manifestations. I will record all sessions.

In past online Physical Mediumship Classes, we have experienced Transfiguration, Rappings, Temperature changes, an apport or two, and Independent Direct Voice. There is no limit to what the Spirit World can do if we do not limit them!

Mediumship should be about experimentation and pushing the boundaries of our understanding of the Spirit World.

"SPIRIT PLAYGROUND" AT THE HISTORIC MAINS GATE, SHERWOOD, MARYLAND. OCTOBER 17TH, 18TH, 19TH & 20TH.

"The true method of knowledge is experiment" William Blake.

Mediumship should be about experimentation and pushing ourselves outside our comfort zone. I know that the Spirit World wants us to try new techniques and different areas of Mediumship and not to become too comfortable.

As we evolve, the Spirit World evolves, and they are constantly pushing us to look forward to discovering new ways to commune with them.

This retreat is perfect for mediums looking to take the next step and move out of their comfort zone. It is within the uncomfortable that growth occurs!

We will work on Evidential, Trance, and Physical Mediumship in different and exciting ways to rediscover the joy of Spirit Work and build our confidence. Working with Spirit should always be fun, and we should explore new techniques and push ourselves to allow Spirit to make themselves known in the physical Realm through all sorts of modalities. It is essential to view the wonders of the Spirit Realm with excitement and amazement!

While I use the term "Playground," it is essential to remember that ALL Spirit Work should be approached with respect and reverence.

For Evidential Mediumship, we will be trying new methods, such as:

Blindfold, Speed, Flower, Double/Triple Linked, and Empty Chair Readings.

We will also work on new techniques to expand and improve our Clairs and deepen the Evidence.

Working with Trance Mediumship in:

Trance Evidential, Public Demonstrations, Cross Communication, Prophesy, and having multiple Spirit people speak through us.

We will also examine Trance / Automatic Writing and experiment with this modality.

To build our sensitivity and psychic abilities, we will examine:

Psychometry, Photo readings, Psychic exercises, Remote Viewing, Aura and Color Readings, and Spiritual Assessments.

Looking at the Psychic Energies and Physical Mediumship Phenomena (in Seance conditions) such as;

Table tipping, Spirit board. Cabinet work, Transfiguration, and Independent Direct Voice.

We will also try some Paranormal activities with K2 devices and EVP.

In addition, we will sit in various group Meditations and Attunements to build our relationship with our Spirit, The Creator, and the Spirit Realm.

The Convento de Sao Francisco is a 16th-century Monastery that has been lovingly renovated into a 14-room hotel for religious and Spiritual workshops on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. The energy and healing radiating from this exceptional space are amazing. It is filled with period furniture and spiritual elements. I was lucky enough to spend some time there, and the power emanating from the monastery is quite amazing.

Plenty of Airbnbs and hotels are nearby if you prefer to stay off-site. I want to try to get everyone to stay at the Convento, but I understand some would prefer to stay elsewhere. The retreat without accommodations costs $450 for the five days. 

If you are traveling with a partner or friend and they would like to explore the island while we are working, they are also welcome to stay. There will be some evening sessions, but not every night. 

An orchard, inner courtyard, fire pit, pool, and lovely garden would be available to us during the retreat. If transport options allow, I hope we can all drive somewhere for an evening meditation by the ocean or in one of the volcano craters.

The Wi-Fi is good, and there is a kitchen that we can use if we want to get supplies and cook together. Or we can go out to eat for dinner to order in.

The Convento is in the parish of Vila Franco Do Campo, a beautiful area right by the harbor. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and nice ocean-side cafes are nearby. It also overlooks a small lagoon island you can walk to and see. Vila Franco Do Campo is about 20 minutes to Ponta Delgada, the main city of Sao Miguel, and roughly 25 minutes to the airport. It is also in the island's center, making sightseeing easier. 

Costs can be saved by sharing a rental car, which is costly by Portuguese standards. 

The Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, comprises nine islands. The natural beauty is amazing, and one of the most beautiful places on earth. Sao Miguel is the largest island and capital of the Azores. The Azores are considered the mountaintops of Atlantis's lost continent and are known as the "Hawaii of Europe." The islands are the farthest point in Europe on the west and the closest point to North America.

Flight time from North America is about 5 hours. It takes around 4.5 hours from Central Europe, and from Lisbon or Porto, it takes 2 hours.

There are direct flights from Lisbon and Porto with Azores Airlines, Ryan Air, and TAP. Flights to mainland Portugal on Ryanair or Azores Airlines are relatively inexpensive with early booking. In addition, United Airlines flies directly from NYC (Newark), and Azores Airlines has direct flights from NYC (JFK), Toronto, and Boston. Direct flights from Frankfurt, Paris, Geneva, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, and other European cities are also on Europe-based airlines. The airport is Ponta Delgada (PDL) in Sao Miguel if anyone wants to check flight options for themselves.

I want to offer a unique workshop that is very close to my heart and is, in fact, my passion—a four-session seminar on profound and deep attunements and meditations created to connect us to the Divinity of the Creator and the Spirit Realm.

We will meet once a week for 90 minutes (for four sessions) and work with powerful meditations to attune with the Spirit World and deepen our connection to the Divine creative life force all around and within us. We will also explore and honor our own Spirit as we connect to the light and love of our creator. Evidential Mediumship is a partnership between the Spirit World and us. We should confidently approach everything we do with the Spirit World and trust that they will never disappoint us. Spirit is there to help us; all we need to do is meet them halfway. Mediumship is a sacred calling, where we provide Healing, love, and work with Spirit to bring through evidence of so-called 'death.' We must always enter this holy space with reverence and respect. Mediumship is about touching the soul of another!

Giving a strong Mediumship reading depends on several factors. First, how are you receiving the information from the Spirit Communicator? What's your mindset going into the reading? Are you making yourself a clear channel for Spirit communication, or is your mind getting in the way? How well are you blending with Spirit? Are you taking the steps needed to Spiritualize yourself? What information would you say is correct? What is your preparation before you begin your sitting?

TRANCE/AUTOMATIC WRITING WORKSHOP WITH EXPERIMENTAL ELEMENTS ON SATURDAYS IN MARCH. 6 SPOTS LEFT.

Trance writing, also known as Channeled or Automatic writing, is a beautiful ability to develop. It allows Spirit to work through you and bring their wisdom, counsel, and Spirit teachings into the physical world through your hands. It takes a relaxed mind and confidence in the Spirit World to allow these words to flow from Spirit, through your hand, and then onto the paper. Once mastered, you can bring fantastic information, guidance, and knowledge from the Spirit World. This information can help you, inspire your sitter, or it can be meant for the entire human race. The Trance and Altered States take time, patience, and the basic understanding that we have to invite Spirit and open the door for them to work through us.

Please join me for one of my favorite classes, where we will learn to allow the intelligence and inspiration of the Spirit World to flow through us onto the page. This takes confidence, patience, trust, and surrender to the Spirit World. We should not question or analyze what is coming through; allow it to happen and let the Spirit World develop us.

The Spirit World wants us to experiment (respectfully) and push our limits. The only limits on Spirit are what we put on them. We will add experimental elements into these sessions, like blindfold writing, using our non-dominant hand, and allowing our handwriting to change.

With meditations, lectures, new techniques, and plenty of practice, we will endeavor to hold our link and blend to allow Spirit to work through us to deliver their evidence of survival of so-called "Death." We will learn to get out of our way and take the hand of Spirit so that they can guide us. The Spirit World is evolving with us regarding technology, and they want us to experiment in any way possible to bring our realms closer together. By limiting our Mental Mediumship awareness, we can set the intention for the Spirit World to make itself known through Physical Manifestations and Phenomena. Physical Mediumship played a big part in the origins and history of Spiritualism and Mediumship because it’s objective, and everyone present experiences the same thing.

This workshop will meet for seven sessions on Saturdays at 1:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM UK starting Saturday, January 6th. The dates are 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10 & 2/24 @ 1:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM UK. * I am skipping Saturday, February 17th, because of the US President’s Day Holiday Weekend. Limited to 14 people max. Each class will be around two hours and 15 mins. Please have some experience with Trance. The cost is $280.

We will create a circle, so the energy must be cohesive, supportive, and high vibrational! I suggest playing high-energy music before the circle or doing something that makes you happy! It is up to us to create the proper conditions for Spirit.

You will need:

A quiet room, safe from interruptions or outside noise.

Blackout material to block out all external light.

A dark background, free of reflective surfaces.

A low-watt red light bulb with a dimmer or at least installed in a non-reflective movable light fixture to adjust brightness.

You need to log in with a PC, laptop, or tablet. No cellphone connections, please. Darker clothing is also required.

During this workshop, everyone will sit in a light Trance for physical phenomena for about 35 minutes. I will record all sessions.

In past online Physical Mediumship Classes, we have experienced Transfiguration, Rappings, Temperature changes, an apport or two, and Independent Direct Voice. There is no limit to what the Spirit World can do if we do not limit them!

Mediumship should be about experimentation and pushing the boundaries of our understanding of the Spirit World.

In early 2024, I will once again offer limited one-on-one Mentorship sessions. Evidential and Trance Mediumship, or Healing Training.

January, February, and March 2024

I pulled back from these in the last part of 2023, but I will offer them again in limited numbers in 2024 through March. They are one hour, and it’s a chance to work directly with me on your development and abilities. l will also arrange outside sitters, so there’s plenty of practice and feedback!

Because of my location and having evening classes, these sessions are usually around 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM EST / 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM UK on weekdays and some weekends at 9:30 AM EST / 2:30 PM UK. I work in 3 session blocks, so there is no long commitment. We would arrange to meet once or twice a month. In addition to the one-on-ones, I have also worked with two mediums at once, so if there is someone at a similar level you would like to work with, this can be arranged, and then the cost is a bit lower per person as you share the session.

The cost per session is $65, but if you book the three, the price is $180. If you share the session (2:1) with another person, the cost is $80 per session / $225 for the three-session block.

If I have worked with you before, and you want a tune-up or a refresher on something specific, I would do one or two sessions with you.

You should be at the intermediate level and up. If you are a beginner, I find that an Unfoldment Class or beginner’s circle is more beneficial at this level of your development.

Silver Birch, the Spirit Guide of Maurice Barbanell, says this about Healing; "Strive to achieve the greatest possible attunement with the Spirit; that is all I can urge you to do. The more you can blend your soul with the souls of those who use you, the greater will be the results that you achieve". I love this because it implies that we, as healers, aren't responsible for the healing energies flowing through us. We can only allow ourselves to be used as a vessel for the healing energies from Spirit and God to move through us.

You don't need any experience in Trance or Healing, but an understanding of the Spirit World and the basic mechanics of Mediumship is helpful. Through lectures, meditations/attunements, and practical paired and grouped exercises, we will explore Trance Healing and start you on your journey as a healer.

Trance writing, also known as Channeled or Automatic writing, is a beautiful ability to develop. It allows Spirit to work through you and bring their wisdom, counsel, and Spirit teachings into the physical world through your hands. It takes a relaxed mind and confidence in the Spirit World to allow these words to flow from Spirit, through your hand, and then onto the paper. Once mastered, you can bring fantastic information and knowledge from the Spirit World. This information can help you, inspire your sitter, or it can be meant for the entire human race. The Trance and Altered States take time, patience, and the basic understanding that we have to invite Spirit and open the door for them to work through us.

Please join me for one of my last class offerings for 2023, where we will learn to allow the intelligence and inspiration of the Spirit World to flow through us onto the page. This takes confidence and complete trust, and surrender to the Spirit World. We should not question or analyze what is coming through; allow it to happen and let the Spirit World develop us.

This class will meet for three sessions for 2 hours per session. Please be in a quiet space, free from distraction, and have a dedicated Spiritual journal or notebook that you can write in. We might also be working with Trance Art if some of you are so inclined.

Each of the three classes will consist of a Trance meditation and attunement, a lecture, and then followed by practical exercises to allow Spirit to bring their inspiration and counsel through our hand.

"THE ART OF GIVING A SPIRITUAL ASSESSMENT” WORKSHOP MEETING ON SATURDAYS IN NOVEMBER 2023.

Three 2-and-a-half-hour sessions, meeting on Saturdays, on 11/4, 11/11, and 11/18 at 12:30 PM EST (New York Time) / 5:30 PM UK Time.

I don’t know about you, but I am seeing a vast Spiritual Awakening going on at the moment. People see that there is more to life than fame, ego, and money and are moving towards the Spiritual side of life to be of service. A Spiritual Assessment helps the sitter find their true potential, understanding their Spiritual journey and abilities.

A Spiritual Awakening can be confusing and perhaps painful, and a Spiritual Assessment can bring clarity and peace to the sitter. With the help of the Spirit World and our psychic and mediumistic abilities, we can provide counsel and assurance to help our sitters see their true path, abilities, possibilities, and potential.

A Spiritual Assessment is being of the utmost service to the Spirit World and providing healing and clarity for other mediums, healers, and lightworkers during the awakening process.

I think about it like this; "Sometimes you can’t see the forest through the trees,” a Spiritual Assessment helps order these Spiritual elements into a cohesive plan for true Spiritual awakening, service, and progression. As always, we are all unique, and some might connect to their Spirit Guides to provide guidance, some might tap into the aura or psychic energy, others will pull from the collective intelligence of the Spirit World, linking in mediumistically, or it might be a combination of all of these things. Adding a Spiritual Assessment to your skills and services will help you be of service to potential mediums and future lightworkers of the world. It’s a beautiful gift to give our lovely community.

I want to offer this class to intermediate levels and up. This is not a beginner’s class! The course will be three sessions, each two and a half hours, with one short break. I will also arrange to bring outside sitters for readings in session 2 or 3. Limited to 14-16 people. This is one of the last classes that I will offer for 2023.

A 3-DAY WORKSHOP AT HISTORIC "THE MAINS GATE" IN SHERWOOD, MARYLAND. OCTOBER 13TH, 14TH, AND 15TH (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY).

Trance Mediumship or Mental Mediumship in the controlled form is one of the oldest forms of working with Spirit, dating back thousands of years. It takes complete trust and confidence in the Spirit World. Trance is where we blend our mind and Spirit with the essence of the Spirit control and allow them to work through us with the spoken or written word, art or music, or healing energy. Once we surrender ourselves entirely to Spirit, the results can be pretty amazing.

"Physical mediumship is now quite rare, possibly because it takes many years to develop. This is a more direct form of mediumship as everyone present will witness the same phenomena. During this three-day workshop, we will be:

Deepening the blend and overshadowing the Entranced States.

Strengthening the "Hold" that Spirit needs to have on us to work fully through us.

Building your confidence to allow the Spirit World to work through us.

Moving towards complete surrender to our friends in Spirit.

Building a solid relationship with Spirit so they may do their sacred work here, in the physical world, through us.

I am currently planning a three-day Mediumship workshop in the Azores on Sao Miguel Island next year in mid-September 2023. The dates are the 15th, 16th, and 17th of September. This is a bit after the high season, and the costs are somewhat lower, but the direct flights are still flying on the summer schedule.

The Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, comprises nine islands. The natural beauty is amazing, and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Sao Miguel is the largest island and capital of the Azores. The Azores are thought to be the mountaintops of the lost continent of Atlantis and are known as the "Hawaii of Europe." The islands are the farthest point in Europe on the west and the closest point to North America.

Flight time from North America is about 5 hours. It takes around 4.5 hours from Central Europe, and from Lisbon or Porto, it takes 2 hours.

There are direct flights from Lisbon and Porto with Azores Airlines, Ryan Air, and TAP. Flights to mainland Portugal on Ryanair or Azores Airlines are rather inexpensive with advance booking. In addition, United Airlines fly directly from NYC (Newark), and Azores Airlines have direct flights from NYC (JFK), Toronto, and Boston. There are also direct flights from Frankfurt, Paris, Geneva, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, and other European cities on Europe-based airlines. The airport is Ponta Delgada (PDL) in Sao Miguel if anyone wants to check flight options for themselves.

Everyone could enjoy the island in the evenings and for a few more days as a vacation after the workshop. Or go on to mainland Portugal or further into Europe. Or…to some of the other islands. Bring your family!

I have reserved a conference room at one of the luxury hotels in Ponta Delgada, the main city, so people wouldn't need a car if they stayed in the city for the workshop. In addition, the city has tons of restaurants for all tastes and budgets.

I've arranged for a promo code to be set up to work at the three hotels this group runs. One 5-star, one 4-star, and one 3-star. The promo code would give you a 10% discount off their best price. That being said, it's not a huge island, so staying anywhere (within reason) during the workshop would be OK with a rental car—the accommodations here range from hostel to standard to upscale, depending on your budget and preference. There are tons of hotels and Airbnbs in Sao Miguel.

Early booking of hotels, flights, and cars is key to good deals. Sharing Airbnb or double occupancy rooms will make this more affordable.

I do think that meditation and attuning to the Spirit world, our Spirit, and God are essential in our Mediumship development. To sit with and feel the presence of Spirit, connect with our own Spirit, and reconnect with God can be so beneficial in our unfoldment. Any of you who have worked with me know that one of my favorite things is guiding people into deep meditations and attunements. Where we can explore the essence of the Spirit, expand our Power, and experience the wisdom and knowledge from the Spirit World.

I want to offer a special workshop that is very close to my heart and is, in fact, my passion—a three-session workshop on deep attunements and meditations.

We will be meeting once a week for 90 minutes (for three sessions), where we will be working on deep meditations to attune with the Spirit World to deepen our connection to Spirit. This class is suitable and recommended for people wanting to see if Trance mediumship is something they would like to develop or for people wanting a reintroduction to the Altered States.

*Understanding of the basic mechanics of Mediumship is required.

The four 2-hour and 30-minute Trance and the Altered States sessions will focus on exploring the Entranced States and building confidence in Trance Mediumship. Through lectures, meditations & attunements, and practical exercises, we will explore the wonderful world of Trance and the Altered States. Surrender and trust are essential in Trance development and can often be a game-changer in our Mediumship when we master the art of completely surrendering ourselves to Spirit. If we can get out of our way and let Spirit work with and through us in the Trance States, it can help us in all aspects of our Mediumship and Spiritual progression. We will work on overshadowing and blending with our Spirit within and the Spirit World to strengthen the personal relationship between the medium and the Spirit World. We will attempt to reach the various levels of the altered states of consciousness and allow the power of Spirit to work through us, bringing their words of guidance and counsel into the physical world.

You will need to be in a quiet and slightly darkened room, have your phones off, and not be interrupted. ** This is important as any loud noise or interruption is quite jarring while in an altered state.

The four sessions are available for $210, and the class is limited to 16 people.

Participants will have access to the meditations and attunements we will do in the sessions.

Trance is not about channeling angels, celebrities, aliens, dark entities, or attachments.

There will be two 5-10 minute breaks to stretch our legs or use the restroom.
